Here at The Swan Hotel, Bar & Grill we have a spacious function room, located in a separate building to the main hotel. Our Cygnet Room includes its own fully stocked bar and we can provide a variety of catering options to suit any event and budget.

Our newly refurbished Cygnet Room can accommodate up to 150 guests, making it the perfect setting for weddings, parties, corporate events and more.

We are able to assist with music and entertainment bookings, decorations and anything else that will help your event run perfectly.

In the main hotel we have 7 luxurious rooms should any of your guests require overnight accommodation.

The Swan Hotel, Bar & Grill is situated in the heart of Maldon High Street, just 15 minutes from the A12. There is a public car park situated directly next to the function room, making parking and access straightforward, even for large events.

Meetings & Conferences

The Swan provides professional meeting and conference facilities in the heart of Maldon, just 15 minutes from the A12 and from Witham train station. With benefits such as free on-site parking, free Wi-Fi, natural daylight, accommodation and our beautiful bar and restaurant, The Swan really is the perfect location for your meeting or event.

Our bespoke meeting room caters for up to 30 delegates. We can also provide your delegates with stationery, a variety of catering options including buffet lunches or reservations in our main restaurant, and refreshment packages to suit your needs.

Our meeting facilities are available on a room hire only or day delegate rate, which incorporates unlimited tea, coffee and water, a light buffet lunch, access to free Wi-Fi, and a flipchart.
